recommended guidelines for quality.

of its customers at all times. Our commitment to the
implementation of underlying management and operational
systems is essential to realizing that goal. Customers
are assured of our commitment to quality through our
practice of conducting regular audits and achieving
compliance with recognized quality standards such as ISO
9001:2000.

environment among employees, customers and business partners, and manage our business to ensure, wherever
possible, that environmental laws are strictly complied with.
We attempt to select suppliers and contractors that have developed an environmental policy
and conduct their own businesses in an environmentally responsible manner.
We undertake regular reviews of our own business practices to ensure compliance with this
environmental policy. ZBI always strives to meet higher standards of environmental protection than the
rigorous ones established by the state and international standards
